The Feeling Of Anxiety And Depression
On the extreme, anxiety can be seen as a mental disorder, but on the moderate, it refers to a state of fear, alertness on the negative, or worry over something you have or do not have. It is a feeling of unease, tension, or restlessness.
On the other hand, depression is a mood disorder that affects appearance and interest in activities. It is a feeling of misery and sadness, causing a continuous lack of interest in regular activities.
Anything can cause anxiety: fear of the unknown, uncertainties in life, you name it. Even the most common things like abuse with words or acts, can lead to depression. So it is okay to feel anxious, but it is not good to keep feeling anxious; to talk of depression!
So, what is the way out of anxiety and depression? Tell you what, I do feel that way sometimes, and I mean it. As a believer in Christ Jesus, I soliloquy over the situation and talk to God about it.
Of course, you could see a medic and do some mindfulness, but why you feel anxious or depressed is very important as much as how you deal with it. Overall, you will need some words of encouragement to comfort you and help you in the process of recovery.
So I assume you are part of The Believers Today, and you believe the scriptures can help you in that condition. Therefore, I am listing some of the best Bible verses for anxiety and depression for you to meditate upon and be calm.

Lesson From These Bible Verses For Anxiety
While reading is necessary, meditating on the contents of each verse can be very productive.
In the first passage, Jesus listed some of the common reasons why people get anxious and asked if anxiety could solve any of those problems. Of course not!
The following verses, in line with the message of Christ, point to trusting God while letting them go. They assured that God would show Himself strong on behalf of those who trust Him and take care of their needs.
Whatever your reasons for being anxious or for feeling depressed, the scriptures are not saying you should not do the needful, but instead of letting those things wear you down, you should submit them to God in prayer.
Hope in God and be grateful for what you have while trusting God for what you need. Worrying will only worsen things for you. Shalom aleichem.
